Dan Alvarez is a founding principal and Chief Revenue Officer of Synergy, a company that helps trial lawyers focus on what they do best—advocating for clients—by managing the complex issues that arise at settlement. Synergy’s mission reflects Dan’s commitment to improving outcomes for both attorneys and the injured clients they serve.
Dan attends Grace Family Church and helps chair a long-standing men’s Bible study, Iron Sharpens Iron. He is deeply committed to serving homeless men in the Tampa Bay community. His work in this space stems from a belief that every person deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity for redemption. The same empathy and purpose that drive his professional mission inspire his involvement in helping men rebuild their lives through connection, accountability, and faith-driven service.
At home, Dan is happiest with his wife Emily and children Brooke, Micah, and Madeline. A lifelong Florida State football fan with enthusiasm that borders on unhealthy, he balances that passion with more creative pursuits like building legendary pillow forts, crafting the perfect Spotify playlist, and occasionally showing off his above-average cooking (and modest juggling) skills.
